Question 1

Yes! Authenticity is our top priority. All Coach bags are carefully sourced from trusted and reputable sources and inspected before being listed. If a bag is professionally proven to be counterfeit, we'll issue a full refund once the item has been returned to us.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept debit and credit card payments. We also offer installment payments through Afterpay, so you can shop now and pay over time.

Question 3

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. We currently ship within Canada only.

Question 4

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and preloved items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage you to carefully review the listing, photos, and condition details before purchasing. If you have any questions or would like additional photos, please reach out before placing your order.
