Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

Shipping Times & Costs

We’re Calgary based and ship across Canada only.

Shipping starts at $12 CAD and includes tracking. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Additional shipping fees may apply to orders containing multiple bags due to increased package weight.

Typical Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Calgary.

If you’d like to pick up your order, please select the Local Pickup option at checkout. Pickup details and the pickup location will be provided after your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Wrong Address / Address Changes

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it is received. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Marked as delivered but can't find it? Please check with your neighbours or contact your local carrier office first.
Lost in transit? Contact us within 30 days of the shipment date so we can assist with an investigation.
Carrier delays are outside of our control, but we'll always do our best to help.
